It’s when people get together at a city function (like the crowd waiting outside chambers now) that I really notice what a small town we are. Everyone seems to be introducing each other to someone else, chatting about news, politics, military service, going to the same college, the economy, why Congress is wasting it’s time on baseball steroids hearings (to cover a few of the topics I can make out) …
