Instead, Scott says, let them go 14 mph or so. It’s safer. As LSVs, they have to be able to go 20-25 mph, which probably adds risk (I do have his name in a file at the office, so it’ll be in my Wed. article). Much better approach: Allow them in certain areas, not in others.

People keep telling him (he says) they need a golf cart to take their sick, old father to the beach, and he can’t walk the distance. So golf carts are needed!
