Why are people drowning before/after hours?
Even during the day, there are multiple rescues of people going into the water.
•There is no coordination between private beach service and lifeguards: If the beach services wants people to go out, it can just fly a yellow flag instead of read, which confuses people.
•The service has six people covering seven miles and thousands of people.
•There are no warning flags flying in Destin west of Henderson Beach State Park (I think I got that right, I was distracted by a browser glitch).
